Planning For Special Needs

As parents of a child with special needs, we discovered that the traditional financial plans and legal plans often didn’t address the needs of our unique family. Encountering challenges in finding a financial planner and an attorney to work with that had the experience, expertise, or credentials in special needs, we decided to become the expert ourselves. Today, we are a team of an Attorney(licensed to practice in Massachusetts) focused on Estate Planning/Special Needs Law/Elder Law and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional/Chartered Special Needs Consultant designee/Enrolled Agent. We are required to operate under a fiduciary standard of care. We understand what it’s like to care for and parent this community, and we are here to help your family become empowered to rise above the everyday challenges and achieve your vision. No matter what your family’s financial resources are or what stage of life your loved one with special needs is at, we are here to empower your entire family.
